We found mold in our basement and were pretty concerned since there is such a stigma around black mold. The wife gave Restore Wizard a call and Sam had Jed here within an hour. He came in and did an assessment and found the source of the mold. He told us the game plan, gave us an estimate, and was back with a crew the next day to get to work. It’s been a few months since they came in and remediated the mold and we are still mold free and very satisfied. The pricing was honest and fair. We called a few people and I feel Restore Wizard provided the most insight and was genuine about what needed to be done without racking up the bill. Restore Wizards quite literally saved me days of work. They first cleaned the interior walls and trim of our new home and did an absolutely fantastic job. Communication throughout the process was excellent—clear, timely, and professional.
I later had them return to clean the air ducts, and I was blown away by how much debris they removed. They didn’t just vacuum the ducts; they thoroughly cleaned inside them, went above and beyond by cleaning inside the furnace, unclogged the dryer vent, and even cut out areas where new flooring had covered a couple of vents—something they didn’t have to do, but absolutely did anyway.
Because they worked so efficiently and did such high-quality work, we were able to move into our home in time for Christmas morning. I cannot recommend Restore Wizards enough and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Restore Wizards!
Were so amazing to work with-from the office to the construction crew on site. There are very friendly and the communication was excellent. They worked so very hard to meet my deadline of 2 months and the difficulty of dealing with my insurance company. I want Thank them. They did a 5 star quality job with matching my siding with the old, they made sure it was all was up to code and my home and shed are protected and will last many years.

Our friends from Restore Wizard were back out yesterday. I'm struggling to find the right words to properly express how we feel. I know I mentioned before about how they were a great, personable, easy to talk with bunch of folks, but this is beyond that. Instead of setting up an old, flimsy metal shed we had, they brought their own materials and built us a super nice, heavy, solid one instead. They didn't have to, no one was expecting them to, but they saw that the ones we were going to use, though they would have worked, were rough and decided to build us this one in it's place. Did I mention they brought ALL the materials and did ALL the labor ! I was always told by my dad that if your going to invest the time to do something, than do it right the first time. These guys saw a need, and on their own decided to do it right. They didn't have to, it ended up costing them a bit and spending an entire day on it, but by God they chose to. I can not think of a better example of a company's work ethic and a group of folks that want to do it right..the first time..than this. As far as I'm concerned this speaks volumes about them..and frankly can't think of why Anyone would ever want to hire anyone else.
